New Name, Same Mission
For the past decade, RISE has been on a mission: to make health care more inclusive, holistic, and impactful, ensuring everyone, regardless of gender, race, income, or education, can live healthier lives.
Our journey began with The RISE Summit on SDoH, helping health plans address the Social Determinants of Health. But real change requires collaboration, and our events evolved into a unifying force, connecting health care, government, and community leaders to create lasting solutions.
Now, we’re proud to announce that The RISE Summit on SDoH is evolving into The RISE Healthy Communities Summit.
We recognize achieving whole-person health won’t be easy. Shifting policies, funding uncertainties, and deep-rooted inequities present steep challenges. But together, we’ll continue to innovate, collaborate, and empower communities to build healthier futures.
